- MRAI existing members must meet the membership requirements of renewal/pending documents/reference verification prior to event registration.
- The “Non-Member (With MRAI New Membership)” fees listed in the preceding table includes the 12th IMRC registration for one delegate and the membership of MRAI, valid up to March 31, 2025.
- Non-members must fill out the MRAI membership form (New Membership Details) and complete the documentation and reference verification process for getting the MRAI Membership.
- The “Observer (Without MRAI Membership)” fees listed in the preceding table includes only the pass to attend the 12th IMRC 2025.

- Registration Cancellation must be notified in writing (e-mail) to MRAI.
- After October 15th, 2024, refund will not be granted, except in special cases such as (Accident / Personal Health problem / Family Emergency such as Death or other major events etc.) duly reported to MRAI in writing.
- The refund, if any, will be subject to the final discretion of the Board of Directors of MRAI.
MRAI shall not be responsible in the case a delegate is unable to obtain visa in due time and as a result requests to cancel his/ her registration to the 12th IMRC2025, after October 15th , 2024. Should a delegate cancel his/her registration/hotel reservation because a visa has not been granted, the delegate will be bound by the registration and hotel reservation terms and conditions. MRAI has negotiated special rates with the Hotel Novotel Jaipur, Rajsthan, India (a 5 Star hotel) for the registered delegates of the 12th IMRC2025. The inventory of rooms is limited and shall be on First Come First Serve basis.

In the case of strikes, flood, fire, lockdown or any other “force majeure” circumstances beyond the control of MRAI resulting in the partial or complete cancellation of the convention (and/or of any part of its program), the Convention will be postponed to the next possible date. In such case the Registration Fee and Booking Amount of the hotel shall be adjusted in the postponed MRAI Convention. However, in case of cancellation, Credit Note will be issued to all the Registered Delegates.
